Cullen and Dykman Energy and Utility attorneys assist clients on transactional matters relating to electric power, natural gas and telecommunications. This experience is extremely varied. It includes assistance on a broad variety of commercial matters and contracts related to many types of transactions, including power purchase agreements; LLC operating agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements; employment and consulting contracts; engineering, procurement and construction contracts (particularly for generation, transmission and interstate pipeline facilities); contracts for the supply, transmission and management of energy and other services and commodities; and computer software contracts.
