Terrence W. Regan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Energy, Renewables and Utilities departments. His practice involves advising and representing clients on matters related to energy and utility regulation and transactions. Terrance also assists clients with general corporate matters. While in law school, Terrance interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of New York, Criminal Division and served as Senior Articles Editor for the St. John’s Law Review.
