We visit top law schools in the summer or early fall to interview students for our Summer Associate Program. In early late June or early July, we begin accepting resumes for our Summer Associate Program from law students entering their second year of law school. Initial on-campus interviews and callback interviews are conducted by members of Cullen and Dykman’s Hiring Committee.

If we participate in on-campus interviews at your school, please submit your application through your school’s career services office.

If we do not interview on campus at your school or you are unable to secure an on-campus interview, you may submit your resume and law school transcript to our Human Resources Manager, Adele Mauro.

COVID-19 Update

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, most, if not all law schools have postponed on-campus interviews for 2021 summer associates, which typically begin in late July and early August. Information regarding on-campus recruitment for the 2021 summer will be updated as it becomes available. At this time, it appears that these interviews will take place in January 2021, at the earliest.
