Recent Developments in Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Industries

The American Bar Association has recently published its journal "Recent Developments in Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Industries", which includes a chapter on recent developments in water law. Brian FitzGerald and Gregory Nickson are the main authors of one of the articles in the chapter, with credited assistance from Sarmili Saha and Terrence Regan.
