Cullen and Dykman Welcomes Two New Attorneys into the Partnership From its Banking and Energy, Renewables, and Utilities Practices

Wendy has over 20 years of experience as a banking and real estate attorney and has been with Cullen and Dykman for 11 years in its Garden City Banking practice. She concentrates her practice on commercial financing, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and real estate development, and routinely counsels lenders in connection with secured and unsecured financings throughout the United States. Wendy’s representation of firm clients extends to large commercial lenders, developers, as well as landlords, and tenants.
Terrence has served as an associate in the Wall Street Energy, Renewables, and Utilities practice since 2013. In his practice, Terrence advises and represents clients on matters related to energy and utility regulation, along with counseling his clients on broader general corporate matters. Terrence has handled major rate cases for electric and gas utility companies before the New York State Public Service Commission and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, and he counsels those same utilities and retail supply companies in various industry proceedings before state regulatory commissions.
