January 1, 2025 — Cullen and Dykman LLP, a full-service law firm with a history spanning 175 years, is proud to announce the promotion of four attorneys to its partnership, effective January 1, 2025. The newly promoted partners represent a wide array of practice areas, including Energy, Renewables, and Utilities; Environmental; Higher Education; Labor and Employment; and Commercial Litigation.

Nicole A. Donatich | Higher Education | Uniondale Office

Nicole possesses extensive experience advising higher education institutions on a wide array of legal matters involving employee and student-related concerns. In addition to representing institutions in litigation and advising as external general counsel, she consults on Title IX and Title VI matters, and serves as an external investigator and hearing officer.

Michael R. Lloyd | Environmental/Energy, Renewables and Utilities | Albany Office

Michael focuses on regulatory compliance and energy matters, representing clients before the New York Public Service Commission. His expertise in complex rate proceedings and environmental law supports the firm’s growing Energy and Environmental practices.

Brian B. Selchick | Corporate/Labor and Employment/Higher Education | Albany Office

Brian leads the firm’s Labor and Employment practice and advises employers in both public and private sectors. With experience managing unionized workforces, he provides practical solutions for workplace issues and labor disputes.

Ryan Soebke | Commercial Litigation | Uniondale Office

Ryan’s practice includes representing private financial and not-for-profit institutions in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court as well as at the agency level. He also has experience representing clients in mediation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
