Ryan M. Soebke is an Associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Department. His practice includes representing banking and financial institutions in contract disputes and matters related to residential and commercial mortgage loans. He also has experience representing educational institutions in matters involving academic and student affairs, student and employee discipline, and Title IX compliance. Additionally, Ryan represents corporate and institutional clients in discrimination and harassment claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the New York State Human Rights Law.
While in law school, Ryan served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Joanna Seybert, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York. He also served as an Articles Editor for the St. John’s Law Review.
