Nicole A. Donatich is an Of Counsel in the firm’s Higher Education practice group. Nicole possesses extensive experience representing universities and colleges in a wide array of legal matters, including those arising under federal, state, and city non-discrimination laws, as well as arbitrations of grievances and disciplinary cases governed by labor contracts. She also regularly advises higher education institutions on a broad spectrum of employee and student-related concerns, encompassing labor and employment issues, collective bargaining agreements, student and employee discipline, government compliance, and litigation.

During her career, Nicole has held pivotal roles at prestigious institutions such as The City University of New York and Columbia University, where her legal acumen and guidance proved instrumental in successfully navigating complex challenges. Notably, she has developed specific expertise in Title IX compliance, New York State's Enough is Enough Law, and the Clery Act. Her background as a former prosecutor adds a unique dimension to her investigative and litigation experience.
