Joseph C. Tristano is Of Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate department. He represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, acquisition and sale, venture financing, mortgage, and lending transactions. He also represents the firm’s corporate clients in sophisticated transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other complex corporate matters.
