Cullen and Dykman Announces Promotion of Joseph C. Tristano to Partner

Hackensack, New Jersey – Cullen and Dykman LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph C. Tristano to Partner. Joseph has been with the firm for over ten years and is a valued member of the Real Estate department. Based in the firm’s Hackensack office, his practice focuses on commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisition and sale, venture financing, and mortgage and lending transactions. Additionally, Joseph advises corporate clients on a variety of sophisticated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.

Throughout his time at Cullen and Dykman, Joseph has earned a reputation for his dedication to his clients and his ability to navigate complex legal issues with skill and precision. His deep understanding of the real estate and corporate sectors, combined with his commitment to delivering results, has made him a trusted advisor to clients across a broad range of industries.
