Attorneys Joe Behot, Jeff Zenn, Joe Tristano and Brendan Mooney represented a client in connection with a $200 million purchase of a high-rise residential tower and adjacent development parcel in downtown New Rochelle. The acquisition involved the purchase of the equity interests of the seller which was a Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”).  The firm represented the buyer in connection with the land use and environmental due diligence, acquisition of the REIT interests, negotiation of mortgage loan financing, a joint venture agreement with a preferred equity investor and consents from the local Industrial Development Authority.
