Joseph F. Behot, Jr. is a partner in Cullen and Dykman’s Banking and Financial Services and Real Estate departments, where he advises financial institutions, corporations, and real estate clients on a wide range of commercial transactions and financing matters.

Mr. Behot represents commercial banks and business clients in connection with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and a broad spectrum of lending transactions, including commercial real estate, equipment financing, and middle market lending. He also advises clients on corporate governance and strategic business matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Behot counsels lenders on loan transactions and asset recovery, including restructuring and workout matters. Drawing on decades of experience, he provides practical, business-oriented guidance across complex transactions involving real estate, finance, and corporate operations.
