Isaac Lee is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. He represents clients in a broad range of matters, including shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, intellectual property misappropriation, and trusts and estates litigation. Isaac’s experience covers all stages of litigation, from pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appellate advocacy.

Prior to joining the firm, Isaac practiced commercial litigation at a boutique litigation firm in New Jersey and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carol V. Novey Catuogno, A.J.S.C., Assignment Judge of Bergen Vicinage. Isaac received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Newark, and served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review Journal as well as a clinical student attorney for the Housing Justice & Tenant Solidarity Clinic, representing low-income tenants in landlord-tenant actions.
