Cullen and Dykman LLP Secures $27 Million Judgment in Commercial Lending Enforcement Action

Kunst, Esq. and Associate Isaac Lee, Esq. of the Commercial Litigation practice group secured final judgment in the amount of $27,012,012.33 on behalf of a prominent New York-based regional bank in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Morris County.
The matter involved the enforcement of a commercial mortgage loan and payment guaranty. Following the entry of summary judgment on liability in June 2025, the Court held an evidentiary proof hearing on May 7, 2026, during which the client’s damages were established in full.
