For clients in the energy and utilities sector, including public utilities and pipeline companies, we provide representation with regard to site plan approvals involving utility transmission lines and distribution facilities, natural gas pipelines, wetland ordinances, variances, conditional use approvals and other matters. We have represented energy and utility clients in actions ranging from enforcement of municipal regulations to claims involving leaking underground storage tanks, clean-up suits, zoning violations, title matters and condemnation proceedings.
