Eoin Moynihan is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Department. Having practiced law as a New York attorney in Asia, Europe and the Middle East, Eoin has represented large multinational companies, governments and startups in industries including energy, retail, technology, gaming, shipping, aviation, construction, insurance, manufacturing and finance.

He focuses his practice primarily on commercial disputes, including labor and employment litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has particularly specialized expertise pertaining to disputes with an international or cross-border element, choice of law and forum disputes, enforcement and vacatur of foreign judgments and awards, commercial arbitration in multiple foreign jurisdictions and jurisdictional challenges. Eoin previously clerked for the Hon. Victor J. Wolski at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and was appointed a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2021.

  • Advised Singaporean fintech consultancy on a claim against it by a multinational tech company relating to breach of confidentiality.
  • Advised Singaporean fintech company on IP claim against Tunisian telecoms company.
  • Single-handedly managed large claims portfolio for U.A.E. construction company including advising on and preparing all pleadings and correspondence for all the company’s arbitrations with various suppliers and subcontractors pursuant to DIAC and ADCCAC rules.
