Cullen and Dykman Bolsters Labor and Employment and Environmental Practices with Key Attorney Hires

Forrest, Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office and Paul Recupero has joined as of counsel in its Princeton office. Their arrival expands the firm’s labor and employment and environmental and regulatory capabilities.

Labor and Employment
Loren advises employers on the full range of issues that arise throughout the employment relationship. His practice includes employment counseling, labor relations, wage and hour compliance, workplace policies and employment litigation. He works with clients to manage day-to-day workplace concerns, respond to employee claims and resolve disputes while remaining focused on their broader business objectives.
Loren earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Queens College.
The Labor and Employment practice has also added associate Caitlyn M. Gibbons, further strengthening the group’s capabilities. Her arrival, together with Loren’s, expands the firm’s capacity to advise employers on workplace matters and disputes.
Environmental
Paul counsels businesses on environmental, regulatory and real estate matters involving federal, state and local laws. His practice includes environmental compliance, regulatory obligations and environmental issues arising in real estate and business matters. He helps clients assess potential risks, understand applicable requirements and develop practical strategies for navigating complex regulatory issues.
Paul earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
