Loren L. Forrest is a partner in the Corporate department. He focuses his practice on labor and employment law, representing employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including employment counseling, labor relations, wage and hour compliance, and employment litigation. He advises clients across a variety of industries, including entertainment and media, on issues involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), disability accommodations, workplace investigations, executive employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and compensation arrangements, including sales commission and bonus plans. He also counsels clients on labor and employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence and developing strategies to mitigate employment-related risks.
