Caitlyn Gibbons is an associate in the firm’s Corporate department and is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Caitlyn has experience representing clients on a wide variety of employment matters in both the public and private sectors. Caitlyn brings a strong foundation in employment law to her practice, advising clients on everyday employment practices, as well as compliance with the various discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour laws at the federal, state, and local levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Caitlyn gained valuable experience at a Long Island law firm, where she regularly handled client counseling, compliance, and defense of employment matters relating to discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour issues.

Caitlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Iona College and earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, Caitlyn served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law and received a citation of excellence for her work in the Political Asylum Clinical Program.
