Nicholas J. Connolly is Of Counsel in the firm’s corporate department, specializing in real estate tax litigation. His expertise lies in providing strategic representation for commercial property owners throughout New York State, focusing on taxation, real property valuation, and real estate tax assessment proceedings.

With a robust litigation background, Nick has successfully handled valuations for diverse real estate types, including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, condominium and cooperative complexes, golf courses and country clubs, industrial and manufacturing facilities, and residential properties.

Nick's track record includes navigating complex issues related to valuation, tax exemptions, Article 78 proceedings, and selective reassessment.  He previously represented municipalities in Westchester County, dealing with tax certiorari proceedings, tax foreclosure litigation, and various aspects of municipal law.
