Joseph C. Tristano is a partner in the firm's Real Estate department, where he advises institutional investors, private equity sponsors, REITs, and corporate occupiers on high-value commercial real estate transactions. His practice spans the full lifecycle of real estate investment, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture structuring, portfolio financings, and complex leasing arrangements across office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use asset classes.

Joseph focuses on the most complex segments of real estate practice, including multi-property portfolio transactions, structured debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions where significant real estate holdings are a central component of deal value.
