Jocelyn E. Lupetin is Of Counsel in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department. From pre-litigation negotiation, to litigation, to post-judgment enforcement – her practice focuses on maximizing recoveries for her clients. Jocelyn has found success representing numerous banking institutions and other private creditors, both corporate and individual, in breach of contract matters as well as a variety of more-unique and nuanced types of disputes.
