Jocelyn E. Lupetin Appointed by the New York State Bar Association as Member of the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion
June 1, 2021Jocelyn E. Lupetin, associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department, has been appointed by the New York State Bar Association to serve as a member of the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, effective June 1, 2021.
According to the New York State Bar Association's website, the objectives of the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion are to promote and advance the full and equal participation of attorneys of color and other diverse attorneys in the New York State Bar Association and in all sectors and at every level of the legal profession through research, education, fostering involvement and leadership development in NYSBA and other professional activities, and to promote knowledge of and respect for the profession in communities that historically have been excluded from the practice of law.
Jocelyn focuses her practice on creditors’ rights and judgment enforcement. She has found success representing numerous banking institutions and other private creditors, both corporate and individual, in breach of contract matters as well as a variety of more-unique and nuanced types of disputes. Jocelyn serves her clients’ needs in all phases of litigation, working cases from pre-lawsuit demand and settlement efforts through trial, and aggressive judgment enforcement.
