Attorneys Elizabeth Usinger and Jocelyn E. Lupetin Secure Appellate Victory in Second Circuit

Attorneys Elizabeth Usinger and Jocelyn E. Lupetin recently secured a significant victory for the firm's housing assistance service client in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The court affirmed the district court’s ruling in favor of our client, dismissing all claims brought against them. Initially, the district court had granted our motion for judgment on the pleadings, which dismissed all causes of action, and denied the plaintiff’s motion to amend their complaint. The plaintiff subsequently appealed, seeking to overturn this decision.
