Dina is Co-Chair of the Firm's Higher Education Practice Group and a member of the Firm's Not-For-Profit and Religious Organizations Practice Group. Dina also serves as Chair of the Firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. 

Dina provides legal advice and counsel to colleges and universities, secondary schools, and other not-for-profit organizations on a wide variety of legal matters, including state and federal regulatory compliance, governance issues, student affairs, accreditation, academic affairs, contracts, and other general corporate matters.

Dina works closely with clients’ executive leadership teams and boards to address legal considerations that arise in the context of the clients’ regular day-to-day operations, and has particular experience advising institutions that are experiencing financial challenges to navigate the complex regulatory landscape as they evaluate various strategic options to strengthen their financial condition and long-term sustainability. In this regard, Dina works collaboratively with institutions to identify and evaluate, among other things, state and federal regulatory considerations (e.g., charter actions, Title IV compliance), institutional and programmatic accreditation issues (e.g., substantive change requests), and governance matters.

Dina's practice also includes providing advice and assistance with entity formations, construction contracts, and other general corporate matters.
