Partner Dina Vespia Named Co-Chair of Cullen and Dykman’s Higher Education Practice GroupJuly 1, 2022
Garden City – July 1, 2022 – Dina Vespia, a partner in Cullen and Dykman LLP’s Corporate Department, has recently been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Higher Education practice group. She will be leading the practice area with Co-Chair James Ryan.
Dina provides legal advice and counsel to colleges and universities, secondary schools, and other not-for-profit organizations on a wide variety of legal matters, including state and federal regulatory compliance, governance issues, student affairs, accreditation, academic affairs, contracts, and other general corporate matters. She works closely with clients’ executive leadership teams and boards to address legal considerations that arise in the context of the clients’ regular day-to-day operations, and has particular experience advising institutions that are experiencing financial challenges to navigate the complex regulatory landscape as they evaluate various strategic options to strengthen their financial condition and long-term sustainability.
