Partners R. Patrick Quinn and David Curatolo will present at the New York Bankers Association's Business of Banking Conference. Their presentation, titled "Risk Management & Compliance: Data Privacy, Consent, and Consumer Protection Considerations for On- and Off-Chain Activity in an Open Banking Environment," will examine how banks can ensure transparent, informed customer consent while complying with privacy laws. They will also discuss managing data permissions and revocation while minimizing the risk of misuse or overreach.

Patrick and David's presentation will take place on September 24 at 11:10 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo, New York.
