Partners Brian Donnelly and Melissa Manna Win Defense Verdict in Nassau County

Partner Brian Donnelly, and second chair partner Melissa Manna, obtained a defense verdict for our client, CVS, after a jury trial before Judge Rhonda Fischer in the Supreme Court, Nassau County.

This was a high exposure case on damages for the client as the plaintiff claimed traumatic brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage as well as fractures to the shoulder and leg as a result of a slip and fall on a sidewalk adjacent to the CVS.
