Melissa Manna is a partner in the firm’s General, Tort and Insurance Litigation department. Melissa focuses her practice on general liability defense including premises liability, construction site accidents, products liability, and property damage litigation.
Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Melissa was employed at a large regional defense litigation firm, where she practiced in the area of general liability, where she represented retailers in premises liability matters, owners and contractors of varying trades involving construction site accidents and defects and New York State labor law violations. Melissa also practiced in the areas of automotive liability, property damage subrogation litigation, municipal liability and professional liability, including the defense of architects, engineers, and land surveyors.
Melissa has been involved with The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Long Island Chapter since its inception, and is currently serving in her fourth term as Director of Events.
