Cullen and Dykman Promotes Melissa Manna to Partner

Garden City, NY – Regional law firm Cullen and Dykman LLP is proud to announce the promotion of Melissa Manna to Partner.

Melissa is a member of the firm’s General, Tort and Insurance Litigation department. With over twelve years’ experience as a litigator, Melissa focuses her practice on general liability defense including premises liability, construction site accidents, products liability, and property damage litigation.  Prior to joining the Firm, represented retailers in premises liability matters, owners and contractors of varying trades involving construction site accidents and defects and New York State labor law violations. Melissa also represents clients in connection with automotive liability, property damage subrogation litigation, municipal liability and professional liability, including the defense of architects, engineers, and land surveyors.

Melissa currently is the Vice Chair of the Defendant’s Personal Injury Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association and she previously has been involved with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Long Island Chapter.
