The article, "The Slippery Floor Case: Tracked in Precipitation and Liability of a Property Owner," provides insights on defending premises cases and how a property owner satisfies its obligation to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition if plaintiff was injured due to a slip and fall on water that was tracked in during an ongoing storm.
