Kenneth S. Buffaloe to Present at the Defense Association of New York’s Trial Academy 2022

Kenneth S. Buffaloe, a senior partner in the firm’s General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department, will be presenting at the Defense Association of New York’s Trial Academy 2022. Kenneth will be speaking in the session titled "Preparing the Case for Trial" along with Joseph Gulino.

The session is part of a trial bootcamp program for all New York attorneys with more than two years of experience. The goal of the program is to help the best and brightest of mid-level associates and junior partners at defense firms learn the craft of trying cases.

Kenneth represents clients in all aspects of tort litigation involving premises liability accidents, construction site accidents, fire damage and transportation. Kenneth has represented clients in more than 150 trials, tried more than 75 cases to verdict and selected approximately 230 juries in various venues. As the head of the trial team, he is involved in the development of defense strategy as we prepare each case for potential trial.
