Cullen and Dykman LLP Wins Turnaround Case of the Year
April 7, 2026Cullen and Dykman is proud to share that our firm has been recognized with the Turnaround Case of the Year award in the Not-for-Profit category for our work on The College of Saint Rose Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Winners will be announced at the18th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards ceremony, held on May 12, 2026, at the Metropolitan Club of New York.
Cullen and Dykman LLP successfully confirmed a plan of liquidation before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York and closed the $35 million sale of The College of Saint Rose campus to the Albany County Pine Hills Land Authority as part of the College’s Chapter 11 plan. The transaction marked a key step in the College’s orderly winddown, following the end of classes in June 2024, while also ensuring a smooth transition for students to complete their degrees elsewhere. The firm’s team worked closely with College leadership and all involved constituents to navigate the process, protect key interests, and finalize the sale.
