Cullen and Dykman Featured in Law.com Article on Midsize Law Firm Expansion

Cullen and Dykman was recently featured in Law.com’s article, “Despite Margin Squeeze, Midsize Firms Continue Office Expansions,” which looks at how midsize law firms are approaching growth with a greater focus on client needs and strategic expansion.

The article highlights Cullen and Dykman’s expansion into Palm Beach, Florida, and includes insights from Managing Partner, Chris Palmer, on the Firm’s growth strategy. Palmer explained that the Palm Beach office was opened in response to demand from existing clients. However, in the short time that the Palm Beach office has been opened, that mix had shifted to roughly half existing clients and half new clients.

Palmer also shared that Cullen and Dykman’s approach to expansion is centered on following its clients and establishing a presence in markets where client needs align with the Firm’s strengths. With offices across New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Florida, the Firm has built an East Coast corridor that allows it to better serve clients as their geographic needs continue to evolve.
