Cullen and Dykman Deepens General Liability and Insurance Defense Bench with Alan K. Albert
October 13, 2026New York, New York – Cullen and Dykman LLP, a full-service law firm serving clients since 1850, is pleased to announce that Alan K. Albert has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in its General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department, based in the Firm’s New York City office.
Alan brings more than 20 years of litigation experience in New York and New Jersey, with a practice focused on insurance defense and general liability matters. His experience includes workplace injury and New York Labor Law claims, construction defect matters, commercial trucking accidents, premises liability cases, and commercial property loss and subrogation matters.
Throughout his career, Alan has represented insurers and other defendants in a broad range of liability matters. He also has substantial experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, providing him with a practical understanding of litigation strategy from both the defense and plaintiff perspectives.

Alan earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
