Alan K. Albert is Of Counsel in the Firm’s General Liability, Tort and Insurance Defense department with more than 20 years of litigation experience in New York and New Jersey.
Alan focuses his practice on insurance defense and general liability litigation. He has significant experience handling workplace injury and New York Labor Law claims, construction defect matters, commercial trucking accidents, premises liability cases, and commercial property loss and subrogation matters.
Earlier in his career, Alan also represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters, providing him with valuable perspective on litigation strategy from both sides of liability disputes.
