Christopher H. Palmer Named in Long Island Business News’ Top 100 Long Islanders of 2026

Cullen and Dykman is proud to announce that our managing partner, Christopher Palmer, has been named one of Long Island Business News’ Top 100 Long Islanders of 2026. This nomination celebrates the influential leaders whose professional accomplishments, leadership, and contributions have made a significant impact on Long Island’s business community.

As managing partner of Cullen and Dykman and Chair of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Banking department, Chris brings experience spanning four decades of representing commercial banks, institutional lenders, private funds, and other financial institutions in complex legal and transactional matters. Throughout his career, he has built a practice focused on commercial lending, real estate finance, regulation and compliance, and loan workout and restructuring. His extensive experience and commitment in drafting documentation and credit policies, and providing practical, strategic legal counsel have established him as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the financial services industry.

Beyond his legal practice and leadership at Cullen and Dykman, Chris has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to professional development, education, and community service. He served on the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities of Long Island and is a member of several professional organizations, including the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and New York Bankers Association. Chris also recently served as Chair of the American Heart Association’s Long Island Heart and Stroke Ball Gala. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge and expertise as a professor at St. John’s University School of Law, teaching a course on commercial real estate workouts and bankruptcy.
