Bianca Zimmerman Spotlighted in the New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 Women in Commercial Real Estate
October 1, 2024Bianca Zimmerman, a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services department and Head of the firm's Hiring Program, was recently spotlighted in the New York Real Estate Journal’s 2024 Women in Commercial Real Estate. The spotlight recognizes noteworthy accomplishments and praiseworthy contributions of women currently working in New York's commercial real estate industry.
Bianca regularly represents lenders and borrowers in commercial and institutional lending. She drafts and negotiates all documentation relating to commercial transactions including purchase and sale agreements, leases, letters of credit, credit agreements, notes, mortgages, guaranties, environmental indemnities, building loan agreements, and intercreditor agreements. Bianca advises clients on all aspects of complex deals from inception through closing, and she works closely with partners from the firm’s Corporate, Environmental, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Trusts and Estates departments when necessary in order to efficiently close clients’ transactions.
