Roxanne L. Tashjian is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. She handles all types of litigation as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants, and she has experience litigating complex commercial matters through trial and appeal in state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey. Roxanne also has significant experience representing clients in regulatory matters.

Roxanne’s clients include educational institutions, financial institutions, private lenders, large corporations, small businesses, utility contractors, public utilities, real estate developers, insurance companies, municipal entities, and individuals. She always seeks the most favorable resolution for her clients, whether through courtroom litigation or out-of-court settlement negotiations.
