Michael S. Eng is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services, Real Estate and Corporate departments. He focuses his practice on advising clients on commercial real estate, real estate finance, corporate, and municipal matters. He regularly represents developers, investors, landlords, office, retail and warehouse tenants, not-for-profit and religious institutions, public utility companies, municipalities, private and institutional lenders and commercial borrowers in a variety of sophisticated matters throughout the United States.

Capitalizing on his background in finance, real estate and asset management, Michael advises clients on acquisition, financing, governmental, regulatory and other corporate matters and oversees complex lease and other real estate negotiations, from letter of intent through closing.
