Michael P. Feltman

Michael P. Feltman is a partner in Cullen and Dykman’s Real Estate department, where he represents mid size and individual and entrepreneurial  clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing matters.

Mr. Feltman has extensive experience advising clients on leasing transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, as  well as communications facilities and radio tower sites. He also represents lenders, including banks and federal credit unions, in connection with documenting commercial mortgage loan transactions.

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Feltman advises clients on  small business  transactions , including the purchase and sale of small businesses and franchise, employment agreements, and corporate matters, and regularly represents clients in landlord-tenant  disputes. He also provides counsel in trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings and estate tax filings.

Drawing on decades of experience, Mr. Feltman delivers practical, business-oriented advice across real estate and commercial transactions, helping clients navigate both transactional and operational challenges.
