Maureen Monaghan is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department. Maureen regularly advises businesses on state and federal tax issues, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

She also represents clients in tax controversies, including administrative audits, appeals and voluntary disclosure matters, and proceedings before the U.S. Tax Court.  Maureen assists foreign businesses in structuring their U.S. market entry and business expansion, whether through direct investments, partnerships and joint venture operations or licensing, manufacturing and distribution arrangements. She also advises charitable and other tax-exempt organizations on the application process and operational issues.
