Kelsey E. Gittler is an Associate in the firm’s General Tort, Liability, and Insurance Defense department. Kelsey focuses her practice on the defense of businesses in a variety of general liability disputes including personal injury, negligence, premises liability, property damage and transportation liability matters.

Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman, Kelsey worked at a boutique defense litigation firm in New York for five years where she represented self insured entities, insurance carriers and municipalities against claims involving premises liability, municipal liability, construction accidents and motor vehicle accidents. In this capacity, she handled a high-volume case load from inception to trial.

She was also responsible for a variety of general liability cases while working for another New York litigation firm that specializes in health care defense as well as other matters in her legal internship positions during law school involving public health policy education, defective drugs and medical devices.
