Debra A. Pandolfo is Of Counsel in the firm's Trusts and Estates Department. With over 25 years of experience, Debra focuses her practice on trust and estates, commercial and residential real estate and business transactions. She regularly drafts wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and other estate planning documents for clients in accordance with applicable law. Debra handles probate and administration proceedings. Her diverse legal background includes advising clients on tax implications associated with various types of transactions including gifts, bequests, and income tax consequences related to estates and trusts.

In her commercial and residential real estate practice, she has overseen complex transactions from inception to completion and negotiated leases. Debra also has a track record of guiding clients through various business transactions, including sales and purchases, contract negotiations, shareholder and operating agreements and entity formation.
