Cynthia Madrid is an associate in the Corporate Department. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, energy and utilities, higher education, and tax.
Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from John Jay College and earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, she participated in the Deportation Defense Clinic and was a member of the Family Court Review.
