Partners Michael H. Traison and Bozena M. Diaz to Present at a Joint Webinar “U.S. Company Incorporation: a Practical Guide for Polish and EU Entrepreneurs.”

Partners Michael H. Traison and Bozena M. Diaz join with a Polish law firm Skarbiec to discuss the U.S. corporate and tax aspects of forming a U.S. company. The webinar is geared towards Polish and EU entrepreneurs, and will be hosted by Kancelaria Prawna Skarbiec located in Warsaw, Poland. The session titled, "US Company Incorporation- a Practical Guide for Polish and EU entrepreneurs," is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2nd 8:30 am ET.
