About Michael H. Traison
Michael H. Traison is a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights department with over four decades of experience representing clients in complex financial matters across the United States, Israel, the Czech Republic, and Eastern Europe. He has been recognized for his work focusing on restructuring, commercial litigation, and Chapter 11 proceedings. Michael is the former Executive Vice President of the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists and is a member of several legal and cultural organizations. He is a frequent contributor to the Israel Journal of Foreign Affairs and has authored numerous articles on bankruptcy law. He has also been honored by the Republic of Poland for his public service and international legal contributions. Michael has represented corporate clients in commercial matters for over 40 years and is a widely recognized leader in helping businesses resolve complex legal issues.
