Partner David Wilkes Expands Practice to Include Commercial Mediation Services

Cullen and Dykman Partner David Wilkes has completed the New York State Courts Part 146 Advanced Commercial Mediator Program to serve as a Commercial Mediator.

David will provide mediation services focused on commercial real estate and investment disputes involving property valuation, including joint venture and partnership disputes, capital calls, equity dilution, ownership buyouts, leasing matters and other valuation-related commercial conflicts.
