Partner Brian Donnelly Joins New York State Bar Association as Critique Faculty for the 2026 NYSBA Trial Academy
May 7, 2026Partner Brian Donnelly has been invited to serve as critique faculty for the 2026 New York State Bar Association Trial Academy, in collaboration with National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA®). The program will run from October 14–17, 2026, at The Bar Center in Albany. The program will feature lecture-style presentations focused on New York law, as well as intensive small-group breakout sessions covering jury selection, direct and cross-examination, evidence, and closing arguments.
The critique faculty will offer individualized feedback to help attendees develop and elevate their advocacy skills.
