Neil Yoskin Speaks at NAIOP Annual Regulatory, Legislative & Legal Update

Neil Yoskin, a Partner in the firm's Environmental Practice Group, spoke at NAIOP – NJ’s annual  Regulatory, Legislative & Legal Update, discussing recent changes to NJDEP’s Wetland, Flood Hazard and Coastal Permitting programs. The event took place on July 12, 2018 at the Rutgers Bloustein School campus in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and included NJDEP Commissioner Catherine McCabe as its keynote speaker.
